As a Senior Consultant at Technopolis Group, you provide strategic advice and conduct policy research for national and international public sector clients. You will lead, execute, and develop research and consultancy projects in one or more of our thematic domains. These may include green transitions, innovation policy, digitalisation, the circular economy, health, higher education, or regional development. You can translate complex policy questions into smart research or consultancy approaches. You structure projects, monitor progress and quality, and coordinate well-crafted reports and recommendations. You’ll be given significant responsibility and autonomy, but you're never on your own: you’ll work closely with a passionate team in Amsterdam and colleagues from our other international offices. We are looking for a strong project manager with a sharp analytical mind. Thematic expertise is a plus, but experience in policy research and working with public sector clients is most important.
Are you the one we’re looking for?
You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, e.g., as a consultant, project leader, or policy advisor
You have strong project management skills: results-driven, structured, and flexible
You are analytical, curious, and enjoy making complex issues understandable
You have an academic working and thinking level (Master’s or PhD)
Experience with policy research (qualitative and/or quantitative) is a strong advantage
You have experience working for or with (semi-)public organisations
You are an excellent communicator in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
You enjoy working in an international, hybrid work environment
Experience in leading international projects is a plus
